Interview Preparation

Built from the ground up by past and current ACF panellists, these resources have been designed to train First Choice ACF members to be world-class interview candidates.

There are typically only one or two posts region and specialty for the ACF of your choice. Become the field leading, #1 candidate with our structure course and answer guides.

ACF Interview Question Bank

Our question bank contains a comprehensive registry of past real-world ACF interview questions, with examples from the 2014/15/16/17/18/19/20/21 interview rounds and tailored First Choice ACF guidance on how to respond to these. This will provide all the preparation you need to respond fluently and in a structured manner.

We recommend that you take the time to tailor your own personalised responses using our ‘My notes’ sections, which can be saved, edited and printed or downloaded for review for your interview preparation.
